Based on the results from client surveys, Travel Associates recognised that there was uncertainty with booking international holidays especially with borders closed due to COVID restrictions. To overcome this problem they launched the “Peace of Mind Promise” campaign. Travel Associates began curating and marketing domestic holidays by reassuring clients that if their holiday needed to be cancelled on short notice, they would be entitled to a refund.
